Verizon is looking for Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist in solving customer challenges while delivering a positive experience. In this role you will help to drive sales on products and services and assure that every customer is happy and satisfied.

 

What They’re Looking For

  • Must be able to work a schedule that consists of evenings and weekends and occasional holidays.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales field.
  • Meet all home office requirements 

 

Perfect Candidate Has

  • Self-discipline, time management skills.
  • Experience resolving customers, billing, promoting, and selling products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

This is a fully remote position with occasional in-person meetings and training.

 

They will provide:

  • Computer equipment.
  • A monthly stipend for internet service.
  • Desk and chair office supplies once training is completed.

 

According to their website, Verizon is raising their minimum wage to $20 an hour for customer service, retail and inside sales positions.
